In the office we combine regular Hypnosis & NLP sessions with viewings of the Neuro-VISION® Videos.  

So as our bonus to you, our Neuro-VISION Video Hypnosis "Lose Weight In A Flash!" program includes our six session audio Hypnosis "Vaporize Your Appetite!" program. With Neuro-VISION, the need to visualize is eliminated because the video does the visualizations for the viewer. (See Session 6 below) 

In very simplistic terms, the Neuro-VISION video programs the unconscious, through computerized digital optics, to automatically forget about food. This causes a loss of cravings, urges, and oral compulsions. This happens especially when watching TV, working on the computer, or seeing others eat, etc. (Conditioned response type urges.)

Neuro-VISION also trains the unconscious to automatically forget about the problems and irritations in your life that are causing stress. This makes you much more relaxed. And since tension causes oral cravings, the viewer loses oral cravings and urges to eat. (Stress caused urges.)

The CD programs are divided into chapters so that once you have gone through the educational portions of each session, you can easily jump directly to the hypnosis or NLP portion of any session.  

Foreword by Alan B. Densky.  I'll tell you a little bit about myself and my way of doing things. 

Session 1: Knowledge Is Power. I explain all of the techniques that you will be learning and answer all of your questions. 

Did you know that people are constantly aborting their progress by saying and thinking the wrong things to themselves?  For example, "I'm not going to eat that," is actually a command to your unconscious to create a compulsion to make you eat! 

You will learn how to think and talk to yourself so that you program your unconscious to create the feelings and behaviors that you want, instead of the ones that you don't want.

Session 2: This is the first induction of hypnosis, and I utilize gentle methods to guide you into a blissful, deep state of relaxation.  I program your unconscious to give you a tremendous feeling of self-esteem whenever you do anything that will make you lose weight.  This creates the powerful motivation that will give you a compulsion to reject fattening foods, and to exercise. Motivation is the key to your success .

Session 3: Advanced induction of hypnosis.  I use an Ericksonian metaphor to create and deepen your hypnotic state. Then I direct your unconscious mind to eliminate cravings, urges, and compulsions so that your appetite to overeat is vaporized!  You will lose your weight without having to depend on willpower! Your motivation to do everything necessary to lose weight is strongly reinforced because motivation is the key to your permanent success. 

Session 4: Excessive eating and drinking is all about seeking relaxation and pleasure. Putting something into your mouth relaxes you! In this session, you enter a profound state of hypnosis.  Then I program your unconscious to substitute pleasant memories and fantasies in place of food and drink. This makes you feel the relaxation and pleasure that your mind and body is seeking without consuming food.

It's simple: When your unconscious makes this substitution, you lose your appetite to overeat, you eat a lot less, and you will lose all of your weight.

Session 5: Hypnosis for correct eating habits.  Let's face it, to lose weight, a person must eat the correct foods, in the correct amounts, and adopt behaviors that are conducive to accelerating the metabolism.  

This session utilizes deep hypnosis to program your unconscious to adopt these behaviors.  Because powerful motivation is your key to success, programming for self-esteem to create that motivation is once again reinforced.

Session 6: Conditioned Response type urges are eliminated. Many of your urges and cravings come from the unconscious association that your mind has created between food and activities like: Watching TV; socializing; driving; listening to music; etc.

Using some of the most powerful NLP techniques available, I program your unconscious to "flip" things around in your mind. After this session, activities that used to trigger urges and oral cravings will actually eliminate them!  

Then I use the same techniques to make your unconscious use your stressful thoughts as triggers for relaxing thoughts instead.  

Long story short, you will lose your cravings, urges, and appetite to overeat.  You will eat a lot less. You will lose weight without the need for willpower!

The NLP techniques used in this program are the foundation of our Neuro-VISION  Video weight loss hypnosis programs.  (With Neuro-VISION, the need to visualize is eliminated because the video does the visualizations for the viewer.)  In this session, you use these NLP visualizations to train the unconscious to automatically eliminate stress, and conditioned response type urges to eat.

Foreword by Alan B. Densky. I'll tell you a little bit about myself and my way of doing things. I discuss the behavioral changes that are about to automatically take place for you.

Session 1: Knowledge Is Power. When clients come into my office, I don't just plop them down in a chair and start a hypnotic session. Knowledge is power, and it accelerates and amplifies anyone's success. 

So in Session 1 I discuss the different therapeutic approaches used in each session; how to obtain the best results; realistic expectations; the common misconceptions about hypnosis; the difference between a "Patient" and a "Client"; the difference between "Appetite Control" and "Diet Control"; and the three reasons why people overeat.

Session 2: This is the first induction of hypnosis, and I utilize gentle methods to guide you into a blissful, deep state of relaxation. I use various techniques to help you create and anchor feelings of self-esteem.  Then I program your unconscious to link those feelings to your weight loss. This is critical to increasing your motivation to do whatever is necessary to lose weight.

Session 3: Advanced induction of hypnosis. I explain how Ericksonian Hypnotic Metaphors work. Then I use a metaphor to create and deepen your hypnotic state and program your unconscious mind to eliminate your cravings, urges, and compulsions. This vaporizes your appetite to overeat! The NLP techniques to anchor yourself-esteem and connect it to your weight loss are reinforced.

Session 4: Process instructions are generalized instructions to the unconscious to retrieve memories where prior learning has taken place, and then to utilize those learning experiences to make your desired changes in an automatic fashion. 

People are motivated to crave food and eat excessively for relaxation and pleasure. In this session, your unconscious is programmed to substitute pleasant memories and fantasies in place of food and drink to produce relaxation and pleasure. This goes a long way towards eliminating stress, as well as cravings and the compulsion to overeat. NLP techniques to anchor self-esteem and connect them to the loss of weight are reinforced.

Session 5: Hypnosis for correct eating habits. Let's face it, hypnosis can't really make a person lose weight. But it can help to eliminate your stress and appetite. To lose weight, you must eat the correct foods, in the correct amounts.  And you must adopt behaviors that are conducive to accelerating your metabolic rate. 

This session utilizes an Ericksonian metaphor to create and deepen your hypnotic state, as well as direct your unconscious to make you feel more tranquil at all times. Unique logical directions are programmed into your unconscious to motivate you to eat correctly. The NLP techniques to anchor feelings of self-esteem and connect them to losing your weight are reinforced.

Long story short, you will lose your cravings, urges, and appetite to overeat. You will eat a lot less and you will lose weight!

Session 6: NLP Techniques. There are very powerful NLP techniques that can be used to "flip" things around in your unconscious, so that things that used to trigger your urges and oral cravings actually eliminate them! The same techniques can be used to cause your unconscious to use stress producing thoughts to trigger calming thoughts which produce relaxation instead.  

The NLP techniques used in this program are the foundation of our Neuro-VISION Video Hypnosis Programs. (With Neuro-VISION, the need to visualize is eliminated because the video does the visualizations for the viewer.) 

In this session, you are programmed to use these NLP visualizations to train your unconscious to automatically eliminate stress, and conditioned response type urges to eat.

Conditioned responses take place when you pair two behaviors together. For example: If you eat while watching TV, your unconscious will pair these two behaviors together so that each time that you watch TV in the future, you will get an urge to eat!

Long story short, you will lose your cravings, urges, and appetite to overeat. You will eat a lot less and you will lose weight!
