Before I get started, it's important that you understand what self help, personal development and self improvement, actually mean? In a nut shell, it's exactly as it reads, everything to do with enhancing or developing oneself. For example, career, relationships, health, psychology, etc.. Self help is basically any kind of information, or tools that enables you to help yourself. Answer this quick question... Has there ever been a time in your life when you just wanted tomorrow to come NOW? or even didn't want to go to sleep because you was having such an extraordinary time? You must have felt like that at least once in your life, right? You probably even have a big smile on your face just remembering those 'good occasions'... So tell me, why can't every second of every single day be like that, for you, me - ALL OF US?... The truth of the matter is, it can! Of course, FIRSTLY, you have to know how that's achieved. I'll tell you this, it's much easier than you might have thought... Do you believe this is doable?... Maybe you think I'm a dreamer, it that's the case, that's cool! What if I told you that's EXACTLY how my life is? Furthermore, according to some, my life is 'supposed' to be miserably and mundane!... Well, that really IS my reality. If the truth be told, I suffer Multiple Sclerosis, a debilitating disease which in the majority of cases ends in total disability. Stress and Depression are just some of the many symptoms. why is it, then, am I able to live my DREAM Life? It's simple... You just need good self improvement strategies! Come join me and make this your reality also. Everybody deserves to live your extraordinary life, and this second, replicate these simple strategies, EVERYBODY can. If you're at all keen on personal development or self improvement, aim to get 'First things FIRST'. In other words, start from the bottom and work your way up. Suppose I gave you a recipe to make a cake, it wouldn't be sensible to begin at step 10, would it? Self improvement is is exactly the same... So, let's do it right and start from the all important first step!... STEP ONE for more reasons then one, this is the most important step of the 5, and it plays the biggest part in what we all crave in life - Happiness! Step one is not only the most important step, but also is the hardest to accomplish. It's at this point that you build your life's foundational values, these values have to be the right kind, they must be VERY TOUGH values. STEP TWO deals with fitting the pieces to your self improvement puzzle. Basically, you MUST 'know', or an idea, about what the meaning of life is. This helps you to put direction to your life. This is my theory of life's meaning - "Life is a never ending, 'roller coaster' journey of CHOICES and EMOTIONS". Ultimately, everybody wants happiness in their lives. Now for step three... STEP THREE, is to discover, or understand, what YOUR life's purpose is. Or in other words, "what were you put on this planet to do?" Don't worry, this is much easier than it may sound, we all have the perfect 'tool' for the task - Our EMOTIONS. Yes, it is true, your emotions can be your best friend or worst enemy, and sometimes at the same time! So ask yourself, "What is it that I really love doing?". Taking that further, ask yourself, "What FEATURES does my passion have that makes me juiced?". STEP FOUR involves actually constructing your DREAM Life. This bit will stretch your self improvement prowess to the MAX, but fear not, this is very much attainable. This step is based on your identified features in step three AND one of the most powerful personal development tools around - GOAL SETTING! Repeat this for all the different departments of your life. For example, Health, Wealth, Love, etc. This formulates your unique, personal development plan. And now for the really exciting bit... STEP FIVE - Start living the life you've designed in your personal development plan. Put another way, start to your DREAM Life! Obviously, there's more to it than that, but hopefully you understand more about self improvement, and the requirements to live your DREAM Life! It takes just 1 second to transform your life, so what are you going to decide to do in the next few seconds? The choice is yours. Iimagine having just thirty days of your life left to live, How would you spend it? Whatever you do... DON'T SQUANDER YOUR LIFE BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT!
