Running and jogging is a fundamental exercising mode for body builders. It is one of the greatest ways of learning to effectively manage the breathing style. The cardiovascular system is challenged and exercised fully when a body builder takes up regular running exercises. It is a great way to exercise the whole body especially those muscle groups in the legs, back and stomach. However, there are several considerations that are very crucial for a body builder to remember and consistently implement. One, it is to drink a lot of water before during and after the track exercise. A lot of body water is lost through sweating and if water is ignored, dehydration may occur. The old and worn out saying that water is life retains the same old truth until this day. 75% of the human body is fluids and unbalancing this proportion whether during exercises or not, may have grievous health implications. Secondly the body builder should incorporate stretching exercises as part of the track exercises. Stretching before, amid and after running or jogging helps adapt the muscles to the challenge and also imbibes flexibility in the body. Stretching is a great way to nurture the body into the strains and pressures of track exercises. When a body builder decides to start running or jogging exercises, he or she has to decide between using a track or the road. When jogging or running on a track, one is confident of not having a barrier ahead. Thus one can run unconsciously t the rhythm of a headset without running into something. However if a body builder decides to run around a block of flats or along a road, caution must be taken. Running in streets can turn out a tragedy if the body builder is not conscious of the surroundings. A body builder should always remember when on the road that, cars always win any competition for space on the road. To make matters worse, modern drivers are not only careless and under the influence of delimiting substances, but also most are in a hurry. The body builder who decides to hit the road must be always careful not to fall victim to such vices. To be on the safe side, when a body builder decides to take the road, he or she should ensure that an identification document is in the pocket, just in case something happens. It is very important that the body builder counts the truck as part of exercises and to allocate it time and rest allowances like any other exercise. Running and or jogging is not a lesser exercise and after every session in the track, the body builder should take adequate resting break. After effective recovery, the body builder can then hit the road. To ensure progress is being achieved in each consecutive track session, most body builders keep on calling their friends and colleague body builders for friendly runs during which they can gauge their performance. A session on the road is an amazing experience, but care should not be thrown out of the window because even in the road, accidents happen. Injuries and bruises earned on the road are as delimiting to a body building or physical training program.
