Almost everyone in the U.S. is aware of Valentine’s Day, but few people know – or celebrate – the day before Valentine’s Day: National Singles Awareness Day. That’s because most people would rather be in a relationship, celebrating the following day with a cozy and romantic dinner for two.
That’s hard to do, though, if you’ve ever had a bad experience in a relationship, and most of us have had that happen. We think we’ve met Ms. or Mr. Right, and then that perfect other half dumps us, or turns out to be a dragon in disguise. Disgusted, we give up on love and decide that relationships aren’t really worth it.
Deep down inside, though, we wish we could give it another try. And when someone attractive comes along, we really want to try. But letting down all the barriers again and trying to trust seems impossible. Is there really any way to succeed at love?
Although it seems impossible to let those barriers down and learn to love again, it isn’t nearly as impossible as you might think. One very effective approach uses Ericksonian Hypnosis. People can sit back in an easy chair at home and relax, listening to CDs that teach the techniques necessary to destroy these walls and learn to trust again.
Ericksonian Hypnosis uses indirect suggestion to decrease the unconscious mind’s resistance to change. These suggestions encourage people to learn to trust and enjoy relationships once more, so that falling in love again is no longer a possibility to be feared. Instead, it becomes an enjoyable and happy experience, as it was meant to be.
You deserve to be happy in love, and so does that person who’s sitting across the room looking at you and wondering if you’d like to talk. Find healing and overcome the pains of the past so that you can look forward to and enjoy the relationship you’re sharing.
These techniques don’t take long to learn, and they aren’t very expensive, but they can make a difference that will last a lifetime – if you let them. Are you ready to try again?
