The CD program is broken down into chapters so that once you have gone through the educational portions of each session, it's easy to jump directly to any hypnosis or NLP portion of any session.  

Foreword by Alan B. Densky, CH.  I'll tell you a little bit about myself and my way of doing things.  I discuss the behavioral changes that are about to automatically take place for you.

Session 1: Knowledge Is Power. When clients come into my office, I don't just plop them down in a chair and start a hypnotic session.  Knowledge is power, and it accelerates and amplifies anyone's success.  So in Session 1 we discuss the different therapeutic approaches used in each session.

Session 2: This is the first induction of hypnosis, and I utilize gentle methods to guide you into a blissful, deep state of relaxation.  You receive powerful post hypnotic suggestions that have proven to be very effective for eliminating the unconscious compulsion to tic or twitch your face.

Session 3:  NLP Technique - Flash Away Stress. In this session you learn how to use NLP visualizations to program your unconscious to automatically eliminate disturbing thoughts and feelings of anxiety, stress, and depression. This will have a major impact on eliminating facial tics.

Session 4: Hypnotic metaphor and NLP Anchoring. I use an Ericksonian Metaphor because this is an excellent technique for eliminating any resistance to post-hypnotic suggestions. Also, metaphors are very effective for dramatically deepening your hypnotic state.  

I use NLP to program your unconscious to anchor a disassociated state to the pressing down of your small toe. Every time any part of your face is about to twitch, your small toe will automatically press itself down. When your toe is pressed down, you will momentarily disassociate (emotionally step outside of yourself). When that happens you will immediately lose the compulsion to twitch! This technique works almost 100% of the time. 

Don't confuse this NLP technique with the Traditional hypnotist's "Toe twitch" technique, which is far less effective!

Session 5: Hypnotic Process instructions. In this session I guide you into a profound state of hypnosis using an Ericksonian Metaphor.  Then I offer your unconscious process instructions which show it how to utilize pleasant memories and fantasies to release tension.  This eliminates the compulsion to tic your face to release tension.  

Session 6: Self-hypnosis without the aid of a recording.  If a person wants to permanently overcome facial tics, and stress or depression, relaxing with self-hypnosis is very important.  It's not always possible to have access to a CD or cassette player.  In this session you learn how to give the self post-hypnotic suggestions and induce the hypnotic state to produce a profound feeling of relaxation and a peaceful face anytime and anywhere.

Session 2: This is the first induction of hypnosis, and we utilize gentle methods to guide you into a blissful, deep state of relaxation.  Powerful post hypnotic suggestions are given to the unconscious to eliminate stress, increase confidence, and setup a positive expectation of peace and tranquility. These types of suggestions have proven to be a very effective way of eliminating the unconscious compulsion to tic the face.

Session 3:  NLP Technique - Flash Away Stress.  There are very powerful Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques that can be used to "flip" things around in the unconscious, so that thoughts and experiences that used to trigger feelings of stress actually trigger relaxation instead.  In this session you learn how to use NLP visualizations to train the unconscious to automatically eliminate disturbing thoughts and feelings of anxiety, stress, and depression. This has a powerful effect on how one feels and is able to cope with day to day living.  It will also have a major impact on diminishing and eliminating facial tics.

Session 4: Hypnotic metaphor and NLP Anchoring. I use an Ericksonian Metaphor because this is an excellent technique for eliminating any resistance to post-hypnotic suggestions. Also, metaphors are very effective for dramatically deepening your hypnotic state.  

My metaphor directs your unconscious mind to calm the consciousness and create tranquility. It creates an expectation of positive experiences that are about to occur. The more peaceful and confident you feel, the more your tics will be diminished and eliminated.  

Traditional hypnotists often suggest that your unconscious substitute the twitch of a toe in place of the twitch of a part of the face. Sometimes this technique even works! But I use a much more effective NLP technique that works for almost 100% of the population.

In this session you are guided into a profound state of hypnosis using an Ericksonian Metaphor.  Then we offer the unconscious some process instructions to help the unconscious learn how to utilize pleasant memories and fantasies to produce relaxation and pleasure and release tension.  This eliminates the compulsion to tic your face to release tension.  

All of these methods go a long way towards eliminating stress and the compulsion to tic your face.  NLP techniques to anchor self-confidence and positive expectations for a peaceful face are reinforced, because you get what you expect.
