The Sessions On The Neuro-VISION® Video

Like all Neuro-VISION recordings, Lose Weight In A Flash! is broken down into separate sessions so that you can save time and jump directly to any part of the program at any time. 

Knowledge is power. A full understanding of what motivates people to eat excessively and improperly is important to your success. It will give you the foundation that you need to accelerate the changes that the Neuro-VISION Video Hypnosis process will create for you. 

When clients come to my office I don't just plop them down in a chair and start hypnotizing them. And I don't just stick them in a room with the Neuro-VISION Video either. I take the time to do a thorough consultation. The video starts out with that thorough consultation

The video starts out with a main menu with the following choices:

Session 1: Behaviors & Outcomes

After watching this short session you will have a good understanding of some of the psychological aspects of an eating disorder.

 

Session 2: Behavior Modification

After watching this short session you will understand the difference between the conscious and the unconscious mind. You'll have a more complete understanding of how the video will change your eating behaviors. I'll list some simple changes to your routine that will greatly accelerate your metabolism.

 

Session 3: Introduction to Neuro-VISION

After watching this short session, you will understand how your mind creates your appetite based on stress and conditioned responses. I'll explain specifically how to watch the programming parts of the video for the fastest and most beneficial results.

 

Session 4: Neuro-VISION Programming

This is the part of the video that actually does the magic. It reprograms your mind to erase unconscious associations between food and activities other than sitting at the dinner table. 

 

For example, many people get cravings for food when they watch TV, or work on their computer, or talk on the phone. This is called a conditioned response. Neuro-VISION erases this type of conditioned response so that you lose your urges to eat unless you are at a dinner table.

 

Tension is also a powerful source of oral cravings. And tension comes from the thoughts that we think at both the conscious, and the unconscious level of mind.  So Neuro-VISION programs your unconscious to use the thoughts that create your stress, as triggers for thoughts that will make you relax instead. When you are more relaxed, you will feel better, and you will lose your appetite to overeat.

 

The programming session is approximately 11 minutes long and you will want to watch it twice per week while you are in the weight loss phase of the program.

 

Session5: Aversion Programming

This is an optional session, and after watching the video most people find it unnecessary. But if you love candy and junk food and you want to lose your taste for it, this session of Neuro-VISION can definitely help you accomplish that in a few brief minutes.
