The first session of each program is similar to what you would experience if you were a client in my office. During the first session I take the time to clearly explain exactly what hypnosis and NLP are, what the misconceptions about hypnosis are, and how these technologies work for the specific problem area each program covers. 

Even if you've used hypnosis recordings before, please take the time to listen to Session 1 of the download very carefully because your success may depend on it.

The Hypnosis Power Relaxation MP3, which is included with this download package, will help you to become very relaxed and conditioned to enter hypnosis quickly, easily, and deeply. You may listen to it as often as you like.

In the mean time, I'm shipping the full programs (including Session 1) to you on CDs or DVDs as appropriate.

Many people have asked me why I don't offer my full programs as downloadable MP3's, and the answer is quite simple: Even compressed into a zip file, the file sizes are just too HUGE for downloading.

While the common "one size fits all" hypnosis sessions that other vendors are selling as downloads are typically between 20 and 50 MB, which play for 10 - 15 minutes, my programs are multi-session programs, which generally contain between 6 and 8 full sessions for a total of approximately 2 hours of hypnotherapy.

The file sizes for my programs typically run between 1000 MB for audio programs, and over 6500 MB for combo audio and video programs. Even if you have DSL or a cable connection, files this large can take many, many hours to download. And if the file becomes corrupted during the downloading process, you have to start the download all over again from the beginning.
