On the first day, you will watch the educational sessions on the Neuro-VISION Video. Then you will watch the programming session and quit smoking!
Each day for 21 days you will spend about 20 minutes using a different Session of the program.
Session 1 - Introduction:
This session gives you a brief, but clear overview of what is in each session on the video.
Session 2 - Your Private Consultation:
This is a very important educational session. It gives you clear understanding of the three elements that make up the smoking addiction.
It then goes on to explain the three elements that will be necessary for your success.
This session explains how the Neuro-VISION video actually reprograms your unconscious to eliminate your addiction.
This session guides you into the right frame of mind to facilitate your success.
Session 3: Final Instructions:
This session explains exactly how to watch the programming portion of the video.
Session 4 - Neuro-VISION Programming:
This is the actual session on the video that does the work. It reprograms your unconscious to make your stressful thoughts trigger relaxing feelings. And it reprograms your unconscious to setup new associations that eliminate the habit part of your addiction. All you need to do is relax and watch the video. It works automatically.
Session 5 - What is Required for Your Success:
This session explains how to use the audio hypnosis & NLP CD that is included in the program.
I developed the audio as an integral part of the program. It provides important information about the smoking addiction and breaking the habit.

Session 2 - Hypnosis Relaxation Metaphor # 1
Stress is one of the main factors that cause oral cravings. Sessions 2 and 3 are deep relaxation hypnosis sessions to dissipate your stress. They will not only help you to enjoy a wonderfully deep state of relaxation hypnosis, they will also program you for increased feelings of relaxation at all times.
Session 3 - Hypnosis Relaxation Metaphor # 3
This session works the same as Session 2. It is an alternate session that will give you variety.
Session 4 - NLP Session To Flash Away Stress
The same exact NLP that is portrayed in the video programming sessions can be done in the imagination. Practicing this once or twice in your imagination gives you the ability to use the technique anytime, anyplace, anywhere and puts you in charge of the ability to shrug off stress on the spur of the moment.
Session 5 - NLP Session To Flash Away Cravings
The same exact NLP that is portrayed in the video programming sessions can be done in the imagination. Practicing this once or twice in your imagination gives you the ability to use the technique anytime, anyplace, anywhere and puts you in charge of the ability to flash away cravings on the spur of the moment.
