After listening to your CDs for so long, I feel as if I know you personally. You have no idea what a difference you've made in my life. I have had chronic insomnia since 1995 and it hasn't been easy.

I have not had a sleepless night since I began listening to your CDs . . . I used to lie awake at night, trying to fall asleep and couldn't, and when I got up in the morning, I was so tired that I couldn't eat, and I was convinced I was going to die.

Your CDs are amazing and now I do, "Sleep Like a Baby!" It is so wonderful to wake up in the morning and feel great! Your CDs will forever be a part of my life. Thank you so much for all the great nights of rest and sleep. You have added many years to my life. I can't thank you enough.

I am sleeping through the night without waking

This recording is so good that I am sleeping through the night, without waking for 4 hours, which I have not done for years. So I am in a panic because it has been deleted!

I'm usually asleep within a couple of minutes

I purchased the sleep like a baby program. I wanted to email you and thank you for providing these. The audio program has worked so well that now when I'm laying in bed and I try to listen to the sessions, I'm usually asleep within a couple of minutes and never get anywhere near finished in the sessions. 

I have learned to not take my work home with me. I have also had great success with telling myself "I'll think about it tomorrow."

Anyway, I do appreciate the sessions very much and they are very helpful. I thank God for people like you willing to help others.

Whilst on holidays over Christmas, I got into my usual holiday sleep pattern of staying up late and then sleeping in the next day. When I went back to work, I started having trouble falling asleep, and thought that I would adjust to my work sleeping patterns in a week or so. However, I didn't, and rather than going away, the problem got progressively worse. I started falling asleep at work, and became so anxious about my sleeping problems that I hated going to bed. I started to lose interest in my work, as I couldn't concentrate, and became quite depressed.

Someone recommended your CDs to me, and I purchased them that same day. The first thing that impressed me was the low postage cost. I live in Australia, and postage from the US costs a fortune! 

When the CDs arrived, I started using them straight away. I admit I was doubtful whether they would work, as hypnosis hadn't worked for my mother, but was so desperate for a good night sleep I was willing to try. As the days passed, my anxiety about going to bed disappeared. 

I'm now falling asleep properly! Thanks so much for your help - I would recommend your CDs to anyone!

I have been using your insomnia and relaxation CDs for some months now and they have been very helpful. I continue to use them several days a week. I had a long-standing insomnia problem that was made much worse by Ambien, on which I became dependent and which stopped working. The Ambien gave me very bad anxiety side effects that had led me to get some some psychological counseling. That led me to non-drug solutions, and yours has proven to be wonderful! My counselor was very enthusiastic about my hypnosis CDs and urged me to continue them. In particular, she strongly recommended Ericksonian techniques. I followed her advice and gradually overcame all of my anxiety problems by stopping Ambien and continuing with your hypnosis CDs, which I still use to this day. I have since recommended your CDs to friends. They worked wonderfully for me!

Well Alan, it has been a few months now, and I certainly owe you this email. 

I remember vividly the night I first listened to your sample download.  It was an experience that will change my life forever, because in that one listening, I discovered the untapped potential that has been lying dormant in my brain for my entire life.  It was a surreal, magical experience, and I phoned you that night and ordered your insomnia program.  Having spent 2 months suffering with insomnia, having been on a train of sleep medications and antidepressants, all with side effects I could no longer tolerate, I knew that when I discovered your CDs, they were the solution. 

Even the first day after starting the program, there was amazing progress.  Any progress at all is amazing when you haven't been sleeping through the night for 2 months straight.  I began waking up refreshed and invigorated.  And the more improvement I made, the more I spoke to others about my progress with great enthusiasm, and that fueled my progress even further, in the very same way that I feel constantly discussing my insomnia actually made it worse.  Within days, I was already referring to my insomnia as a problem I used to have.  It was incredible.  I had tried four medications up until that point, was prescribed a fifth, had been working with my primary care physician, a psychologist, and a psychiatrist, and within a week it became apparent that none of the above would be required any longer.  I could hardly believe it.  My stress level evaporated, and I was regaining control of every aspect of my life.   

I used the program for about three weeks, and it has now been two months since I first started the program.  I fall asleep almost immediately when I choose to do so at night, and I dream every single night, which tells me that I am getting restful sleep.  The feeling of waking up in a state of complete despair from a night fraught with tossing and turning and stressful insomnia is a distant memory.  Even my mattress, which I never truly cared for, is now strangely comfortable.  There is no doubt - I love going to sleep now, and Alan, you helped me make it happen.

  5 Stars Now I cannot remember the last time I took anything to sleep.

Craig KellyThis could easily be a very long story, but I'll try and keep it succinct; Alan Densky has really helped me perform a miracle.

A couple years ago I went through a period of intense prolonged stress, worse than anything I have experienced in my life. The result of this was several weeks of panic attacks, followed by a full-blown mental and physical breakdown (which is highly ironic because I have received several awards in my life for mental toughness and focus). At my worst I was experiencing 20-30 physical symptoms at a time, including severe dizziness. This went on for quite some time before I was able to get a handle on what was going on.

During this time I developed severe insomnia. I am nearly 40 years old, and I had just turned 38 when the insomnia started. Prior to this I had never had any trouble sleeping, ever. At first it was just that I was sleeping lighter, but quickly I started fearing going to bed. I would lay there for hours, eventually panicking, sometimes sweating and having to urinate every 20-30 minutes.

I lost count of how many times I would start to see the sun rising, and hear the birds chirping, knowing morning had come yet again. And yet again, I hadn't slept. At it's worst, I would only mildly doze off for maybe 30 minutes a night. But upon 'waking' it felt like only a few minutes, and I usually felt worse.

The idea of having to get through a full day of work seemed impossible, especially since I work with the public and therefore expected to be in a good mood and smile. There seemed to be no way out: I needed to sleep better, but I was growing more and more hopeless this situation was ever going to change.

My external stresses calmed down a bit, but internally I was still a mess. I was slowly starting to feel better physically, but the sleeping was still awful. This went on for months, and I tried everything, both meds and natural means, including alcohol. I'm not a drinker, so alcohol has a strong effect on me, but on bad nights I'd drink a. half a bottle of wine and still just lay there, staring at the ceiling. I remember being brought to tears many nights, because as tired as I was, sleep just never came.

In my research on insomnia, some people said they had success with cold showers in the morning, so I even tried that. It actually helped for awhile, and I thought I was out of the woods, but after about 6 weeks the insomnia worsened yet again. This was particularly depressing because for those few weeks I really started to feel better. I had emergency Xanax on hand, and that helped me to fall asleep, but I wouldn't stay asleep. And with addiction in my family, I was very concerned about becoming dependent on them. I work in the medical field, and I know benzodiazepine withdrawal can be very, very difficult. Even if there wasn't a physical dependence, I was concerned about being psychologically dependent.

I was becoming obsessive about this, because at this point it was going on for over a year. It wasn't at its worst, but I was getting nowhere fast. It seemed like I had developed some type of conditioned response around fear of going to bed. I thought a long time about how to break this fear, and I finally decided to try hypnosis. In the middle of looking for someone in my area, I found Alan Densky online.

I ordered his insomnia hypnosis recordings, and I even emailed someone who had used them successfully. I listened to 2-3 sessions per day, and I noticed a slow, steady improvement over the next 2-3 weeks. Then I had a bad night due to consuming caffeine later in the day (which never used to bother me), and I started to lose faith. I called Neuro-VISION and Alan himself answered. He was very patient and answered all of my questions, which helped tremendously (and he didn't even charge me for his time!).

I stopped trying so hard, and most importantly, I stopped telling people about my 'long term sleeping problem'. Alan mentioned this was more important than the hypnosis itself, and that was really a turning point for me. My sleep continued to improve, and the 'bad' nights weren't even that bad compared to what I had been used to. But when I did have a rough night, I never told anyone about it. I kept any discussion about it totally positive, even if it felt like lying. And eventually, it became the truth.

It took several months of slow, steady improvement, but now I cannot remember the last time I took anything to sleep. At my worst, I couldn't see the point in continuing with life in general when I was constantly so miserable. And now it all seems like bad memory that is fading every day.
I still listen to a session every 5-7 days, but I don't think that is even necessary anymore.

Thank you Alan Densky, I owe you my life.

Well, Alan B. Densky, let me tell you something. I'm one of those who has literally tried "everything" to beat my 10 year battle with insomnia. EVERYTHING, including surgery in Feb 2005 for sleep apnea. The surgery was 100% successful (removed my tonsils, uvula and surgically modified my airway.) According to a post surgery sleep test, all my moderate/heavy apnea was cured by the surgery.

Yet my insomnia got worse, not better, because it became a psychological battle and this was especially discouraging. I could go to sleep with Ambien without a problem but I always woke up anywhere from 1 to 2 hours early. I tried every medication, including numerous anti-depressants that were said to help with insomnia. No help. It was a really tough battle and as leader of a growing company, almost debilitating.

And then with almost no hope that it would work, I ordered your insomnia tapes about a month ago. They have been fantastic. I've slept much, much better and I'm retraining my mind to really relax. If I wake up, no big deal. I just listen to your material on my iPod and I relax and go to sleep. Another benefit is that since I'm trying to do at least one session in the day, it helps me relax and I'm much more productive.

I am as analytical and skeptical as they come. As a Christian involved in apologetics (Greek for "defense") of the faith, I had always thought one should be careful about allowing someone to speak into my subconscious mind. I still do. So I listened carefully the first time through and found nothing to be overly concerned about.

So, thank you for putting such a powerful program together. It has been a great help to me.

Sleep Like a Baby was an important part of my healing from insomnia. Alan Densky's voice and the content of the program was appropriate for me. I did not understand exactly how to follow some of the instructions, but overall, I found the CD very beneficial at a difficult time in my life.

The cds are great and helpful (I have never felt so rested in my life) but I do not have a great visual imagination. I am looking forward to working with your video hypnosis cd. The short example online was great. Thank you so much for all the work you've put into these programs.

My name is Victoria Meeking and I live in Perth, a Western Australia. I purchased the insomnia MP3 set just 3 weeks ago. I have deliberately made myself wait a couple of weeks before contacting you, just in case the fabulous results wire off!

I am delighted to be able to report to you that I am so excited by the difference in my sleep. I have suffered from chronic insomnia for a very long time first starting in 1990! Whilst it hasn't always been at the same level, it certainly has been a major issue in my life for at least the last 10 years. I have tried so many different things including holosync cd's, various types of meditation and ongoing acupuncture all of which has cost me thousands of dollars I still did not get any great benefit or relief. I have also taken various sleeping pills including both prescription medications as well as pretty much every herbal sleeping remedy I could find. Whilst some of them worked some of the time nothing seemed to really help. From December 2014 up until 3 weeks ago I had been taking something every single night in order to get some sleep, even though it may have only been a few hours of broken sleep. I had been prescribed various medications and advised not to take anything for more than about 2 consecutive nights to avoid becoming dependant.

Since downloading your program I quit all tablets "cold turkey" as I was determined to give this my absolute all. I had immediate benefits from the first night and the results have continued to improve. I used to have difficulty falling asleep and now most nights I have actually fallen asleep before the end of session 8. On the odd night that I haven't, then I am asleep soon after beginning to count back from 50!

I also struggle with going back to sleep once awoken for the bathroom. I am now finding that most nights I am able to get back to sleep quite quickly and if I do have any trouble then I start counting or saying my sentences which seems to do the trick. I have on the odd occasion out session 8 back on which has then helped me too. I can honestly say that I have only had one night during the early hours of the morning where I had difficulty in falling back to sleep. However, even this was not the major concern to me that it used to be.

I am so grateful that I located your web site and that you have changed my sleeping habits. I just keep telling people how wonderful your program is. I have even been singing your praises to my acupuncturist who also suffers from chronic insomnia. I can't wait to see her on Saturday to hear how she is going with your program as I understand that she was rushing off to purchase and download the program last time I spoke with her.

It helped me break a 10 year dependence on prescription sleeping pills, something I didn't think was possible. Even now, two years later, I can still call up some of the specific techniques to calm my mind and ready me for sleep after a stressful day. I'm ready to tackle my next challenges with your help!

 There was a period during which I suffered from insomnia induced by a disk prolapse. I was given sleep medication and these made the situations much worse.

I used the 'Sleep Like A Baby!' program in combination with cognitive behavior therapy, stimulus control and regular meditation and kicked the meds.

It helped me to combat the stress associated with the insomnia, gave me a sense of calm when I needed to feel relaxed and it was so easy to use..( I had it on my iPhone) that I could use it when I had trouble falling asleep after waking in the middle of the night.

I still use it sometimes when the need arises!
